Fish Oil Cures Depression
Can eating fish cure depression and generally improve our moods? A research based on scientifically and clinically proven facts suggests the answer to be yes. This is confirmed by several evidence lines that support role of Omega-3 acids, which are found in fish oil, in depression.
First of all, population surveys directly link the eating of big amounts of oily fish (full of Omega-3 fatty acids) to decreased rates of depression. This fact further gets proved in neurochemical studies performed on animals when looking at brain chemistry.
